LIRO-LITE's Dragon Boat Festival Event

The Dragon Boat Festival, also known as the Duanwu Festival or the Double Fifth Festival, is celebrated on the fifth day of the fifth lunar month annually. It's a traditional folk festival that intertwines the customs of honoring deities and ancestors, seeking blessings, warding off evil, and enjoying festivities, entertainment, and culinary delights. A staple during this festival is the presence of zongzi, a traditional Chinese rice dish made of glutinous rice stuffed with various fillings and wrapped in bamboo leaves.
